Self-operated Control Valve Principle
After the medium entering valve body along the arrow direction, its pressure is decreased due to through valve seat and valve plug, then flow out via the exit. Through the conjunctive pipe behind the valve and condenser, the reduced pressure is led into actuator below the rubber-corrugated diaphragm. The elastic force [in the opposite direction balances the upward pushing force caused by the action of medium pressure to actuator by the spring When the reduced pressure changes, the balance relation is broken, so valve plug moving until the balance is recovered between upward pushing force and elastic force.]The pressure acts not only on up surface of valve plug, but also on outer surface of bottom of the bellows. And the reduced pressure acts on below surface of valve plug as well as inner surface of bottom of the bellows. This kind of pressures balance relationship render the influence of the force caused by pressure difference before and behind the valve on the position of valve plug decreases to minimum.
There are widely used in automatic control of the up-valve or back-valve pressure reduction or stabilization of the fluids such as air,liquid and vapor in various industrial equipment in fields of petroleum, chemical engineering, electric power,metallurgy,food, light textile,machinery manufacturing and residential buildings. With the condenser, can continuous work. at the 350°C steam condition.
